🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer engagement, SaaS, or comparable role managing technical projects
• Strong technical/analytical skills with APIs, SQL, data analysis, and configurations
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder skills
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex info into insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; Eastern/Central US time zones desirable
