Senior Director of R&D Transformation & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-org R&D transformation programs with roadmaps and milestones.
• Directly manage distributed team of Transformation PMs, Analysts, and Trainers.
• Build an empowered, scalable org via coaching and development.
• Develop strategies for proactive, sustainable operational excellence.
• Improve product/dev lifecycle practices, operating models, and PMO execution.
• Monitor program health with data hygiene, governance, and productivity metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent.
• Enterprise-scale engineering/product transformation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, DORA, SDLC, PDLC.
• Change-management across large, distributed teams.
• Proven senior program/transformation leadership with strategic and execution scope.
• Strong portfolio/program management and stakeholder negotiation skills.
