Staff Data Analyst (SQL Developer)

📋 Description

• Strategic analytics partner to exec leadership and functions.
• Develop KPI frameworks for patient outcomes, provider performance, compliance, and scalability.
• Use advanced SQL daily to extract, clean, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build scalable data models for enterprise reporting and BI.
• Establish consistent data definitions and reporting structures.
• Mentor analysts and maintain data quality and regulatory readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Math, CS, or related field.
• Expert SQL skills for cleaning, structuring, integrating, querying, analyzing data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar.
• BI/visualization experience with Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or similar.
• Healthcare experience and understanding of HIPAA/regulatory reporting preferred.
