📋 Description
- Lead the establishment, implementation, and ongoing maturity of a healthcare data governance
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and data stewardship practices.
- Provide strategic leadership across governance, analytics, privacy, and health-system planning.
- Establish governance structures detailing ownership and accountability for data across the
- Partner with government leaders, healthcare executives, and technical teams to align data
- Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps to support system-wide transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health
- 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial or comparable scale.
- 10+ years of leadership in government, health-system planning, data and/or digital health.
- Ability to lead initiatives at provincial healthcare-system scale and influence governance
- 10+ years in public healthcare sector or related large-scale data initiatives.
- 8+ years developing digital health strategies and roadmaps at provincial/territorial scale.
