Escrow Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform escrow analyses on mortgage loan accounts
• Review shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, investor guidelines, and policies
• Analyze tax and insurance disbursements for timely payments
• Resolve escrow discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with tax, insurance, and servicing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• Escrow accounting, taxes, hazard and flood insurance knowledge
• Understanding of RESPA and servicing regulations
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office
