📋 Description
- Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers, handling HR inquiries and guidance.
- Coordinate and monitor leave administration via HRIS platforms.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires with documentation and resources.
- Administer employee lifecycle transactions (hiring, terminations, changes, transfers).
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, confidentiality, and reporting.
- Contribute to HR policies and processes to meet evolving needs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years HR generalist experience with broad HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws in Canada/US.
- Excellent written/spoken communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
