📋 Description

• Act as strategic legal lead for the International Region (EMEA & APAC).
• Align legal strategy with business priorities and regional goals.
• Oversee a broad range of legal matters: corporate, regulatory, privacy, litigation, labor
• Provide trusted advice to senior leaders and Global Legal Leadership Team.
• Negotiation and management of cross-border commercial agreements and vendors.
• Shape the legal function’s vision, development plan, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior legal partner experience in global tech or enterprise context.
• Strong corporate, regulatory, labor, and commercial contracting expertise.
• Experience advising on GDPR-like regulations, NIS2, and DORA compliance.
• Ability to lead regional legal entities and manage external counsel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
• Minimum 12 years PQE; strong ethics and integrity.
