📋 Description
- Lead in-plant technical services for Forming, Job Change, Mold Repair, Machine Repair
- Apply lean six sigma to improve quality and line efficiency
- Manage department leaders in mold repair, machine repair, and forming
- Provide technical and financial oversight in accountability areas
- Collaborate with production teams to meet safety and quality targets
- Forecast and manage major projects
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Glass industry experience, especially in glass forming
- Experience supervising/leading people in manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with job changes and improvement initiatives
- Project management skills
