📋 Description

• Lead financial analysis to drive performance across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Partner with Finance Director, COO, and broader business on reporting and insights.
• Melbourne-based role with minimum 3 days onsite per week.

🎯 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Xero.
• Strong financial modelling and BI tool development for reporting.
• Experience with multi-region payroll.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights for senior stakeholders.
