📋 Description

• Lead and coach store team to profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback.
• Manage inventory processes, shrink prevention, and floor replenishment.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, and processing; ensure smooth store operations.
• Drive reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships with GM support.
• Lead by example to deliver strong guest experience and business results.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric, operations or retail leadership roles.
• Proven ability to move dynamically on the sales floor; strong communication.
• Demonstrated leadership with decision-making and team development.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and store budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
