📋 Description

• Build, operate, and optimize logistics from scratch for robots and hardware.
• Own international shipping, import/export compliance, customs, and dangerous goods shipping
• Develop and manage relationships with freight-forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
• Track key logistics metrics and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Mandarin AND English proficiency required; professional working fluency in both.
• 5+ years in international logistics/supply chain; cross-border electronics/hardware shipping
• Strong customs and trade-compliance knowledge; HS codes, origin certificates, and dual-sided
• Experience with lithium battery/dangerous-goods shipping (UN38.3, packaging, labeling).
• Excellent freight-forwarder/broker management, negotiation, and SLA adherence.
• Data-analysis skills with ability to derive improvements from operational data.
