Program Director / Licensed Adult Day Program Operations

📋 Description

• Lead daily operations for a high-needs adult day program
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget oversight
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor during high-behavior situations
• Train and develop staff; hold them accountable to performance
• Develop engaging, life-skill activities; implement person-centered plans
• Ensure compliance with Title 17/Title 22 and regulatory guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in human services or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a human services delivery system
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership with 10+ staff preferred
• 2+ years in care of individuals with IDD in adult day or residential setting
• Experience with high-level behaviors; Title 22/Title 17 knowledge
• ISP/IPP development and behavior support plans

• Full wage scale: $80,000 to $89,169.70
