📋 Description
- Lead daily operations for a high-needs adult day program
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget oversight
- Provide hands-on leadership on the floor during high-behavior situations
- Train and develop staff; hold them accountable to performance
- Develop engaging, life-skill activities; implement person-centered plans
- Ensure compliance with Title 17/Title 22 and regulatory guidelines
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in human services or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a human services delivery system
- 1+ year supervisory/leadership with 10+ staff preferred
- 2+ years in care of individuals with IDD in adult day or residential setting
- Experience with high-level behaviors; Title 22/Title 17 knowledge
- ISP/IPP development and behavior support plans

- Full wage scale: $80,000 to $89,169.70
