- Lead residential plumbing installation projects.
- Work hands-on with installers and apprentices.
- Direct the crew and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure installations meet codes and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot field issues and maintain safety and organization.
- Deliver a professional customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years plumbing experience (required).
- Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
- Lead/Foreman experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
- Ability to read plumbing plans and specifications.
