Senior Finance Manager, WCM

📋 Description

• Lead budgeting process and build forecasting models to support planning, spending, and investment
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools for leadership insights.
• Manage contract negotiations with vendors, counsel, and providers for favorable terms.
• Oversee end-to-end expense review and governance-compliant approvals.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews, variance analysis, and identify risks/opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial analysis on fund performance and operating scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance/accounting with leadership-level experience.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge, management accounting, and reporting.
• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in venture capital/private equity or investment environments preferred.
