Process Optimization & Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Identify AI automation opportunities; collaborate with Tech/Data teams.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and speed.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media/marketing ops, or production
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable with data and KPI-based decision making.
• Hands-on mindset: move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a strong plus.
