📋 Description

• Lead overall Admissions across campuses; set strategic direction for demand, recruitment
• Manage and develop Senior/Executive Admissions staff; foster a high-performance, metrics-driven
• Develop market-specific strategies to strengthen relationships, grow market share, and improve
• Oversee day-to-day operations, processes, metrics, budgets, and operating plans.
• Serve as escalation point for Enrollment Services issues; ensure timely resolutions.
• Partner with Operations/executive leadership to improve processes and launch new programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business Administration, Operations Research, or
• Alternatively, 5+ years relevant leadership experience with 3+ years in upper-management roles.
• Proven experience leading admissions/enrollment teams and driving performance against targets.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices; translate insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work outside standard hours as needed.
