Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle across multiple locations and revenue channels
• Reconcile cash and transactions in a large distributed network
• Support digital asset transactions accounting and related reporting
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in a high-transaction-volume environment
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, vendor relations
• Collaborate with compliance on financial/regulatory reporting for money services

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years accounting experience supporting US-based companies; CPA preferred
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location environments
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
• Decision-making in fast-paced, high-growth settings with high accuracy
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or regulated financial services is a plus
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software
