📋 Description
- Full-cycle accounting across a high-volume, multi-location operation.
- Reconcile cash and transactions for a network of kiosks with ops teams.
- Account for digital asset transactions and related reporting.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls.
- Collaborate with compliance and treasury/operations as needed.
- Support AI-enabled accounting tools and automation opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years accounting experience for U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
- Full-cycle accounting experience in high-transaction/high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Drive) in a remote setting.
- English fluency with clear communication to non-finance teams.
