📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles across Operations, Finance & Accounting
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, assess market data
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America tailored to local
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and diverse
• Manage candidate experience with clear communication and professional engagement throughout hiring.
• Oversee recruiting operations in Ashby or equivalent ATS, including scheduling, pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior-level talent in-house, ideally within high-growth tech or
• Proven experience in globally distributed VC-backed tech environments.
• Strong recruiting expertise across Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; senior Product
• Multiregion recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas, with market-aware compensation
• Ability to independently manage full lifecycle recruitment with no dedicated sourcing support.
• Strong ATS experience with data quality and process optimization; experience with Ashby is a plus.
