Sales Operations Analyst (Subscriptions)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quote creation and Q2C lifecycle improvements.
• Partner with sales, IT, and Deal Desk to reduce friction and speed deals.
• Bridge system capabilities with sales execution for revenue readiness.
• Lead UAT for CPQ and CRM deployments and global rollout.
• Develop SOPs and FAQs to empower regional self-service.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years CPQ/quote ops in enterprise CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ)
• Advanced data analysis using Google Sheets and Excel
• Strong troubleshooting across IT, engineering, and GTM teams
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and SLA focus
• Location: primarily in-office at India office
