Sr EHS Specialist (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Drive environmental, health, and safety excellence across EMEA commercial operations.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, managers, and employees to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead EHS initiatives and foster safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate EHS programs, policies, and processes across multiple countries.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and KPI reporting to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in international environments.
• Experience in healthcare/life sciences sector; radiation, biosafety, infection control familiarity
• Strong regulatory knowledge for EMEA commercial operations; stakeholder management and
• Fluent in English; additional languages desirable (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch).
• Willingness to travel around 30% within the EMEA region.
