Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – IT Procurement

📋 Description

• End-to-end IT procurement (hardware, software, infra)
• Vendor identification and RFQ/RFP management
• Contract coordination and supplier performance tracking
• Work with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Business teams
• Ensure procurement terms meet policy and audit standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years IT hardware/software procurement exp.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of licensing models, SaaS, and ERP tools
• Experience with PR-to-PO workflows and ERP/ procurement tools
• Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
