Event Manager - Honolulu

📋 Description

• Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff; communicate directly with
• Full visibility into staff roster; set schedule; communicate with staffing agency about reschedules
• Ensure each staff member is trained in duties for tickets, guest seating, candle setup
• Drive uHaul with event supplies to/from venues (alternative transport if driver’s license
• Manage inventory, supplies, and printing needs; manage guest lists
• Manage opening/closing remarks at events (may require public speaking)

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in event management and/or relevant degree (preferred)
• Interest and passion for live music and organizing events
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience leading an on-site team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
