Member of Legal, Brokerage and Trading Solutions

📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and legal/compliance to grow trading solutions.
• Provide strategic legal guidance from discovery through launch and ongoing compliance.
• Draft and negotiate complex counterparty agreements (ISDAs, prime brokerage, collateral
• Advise on legal/regulatory requirements for spot trading, margin, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Develop scalable policies, templates, and playbooks with Compliance teams.
• Monitor evolving laws and translate into actionable business guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years transactional legal experience, drafting and negotiating sophisticated financial
• Strong experience with lending, prime brokerage, ISDA/CSA, derivatives, and related docs.
• Deep understanding of digital asset laws for spot, margin, platform trading, prime brokerage.
• Familiarity with crypto market infrastructure (venues, custodians, payment rails).
• Ability to apply financial services concepts to digital asset models and institutional needs.
• Experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments; strong communication and judgment.
