Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead legal orientations for unaccompanied children in care
- Conduct individualized legal consultations
- Provide direct representation to children in federal care
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings (calendars, hearings, motions)
- Handle cases including SIJS, asylum, T/U visas, VAWA, TPS, and EADs
- Perform case research, filings, and documentation with accuracy
🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school
- Active state bar admission in good standing
- 2–3 years of professional immigration law experience
- Experience with children/youth or vulnerable populations preferred
- Strong research, writing, and client representation skills
- Spanish proficiency preferred
