• The Payments partner performance lead supports Airbnb’s payments compliance performance for
• Role combines leadership support, Compliance ops expertise and project coordination.
• Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholder groups outside reporting line.
• Manages day-to-day operations for queue management, staffing and scheduling.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve core operations metrics and compliance risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Equivalent
• 8+ years overall experience; some experience in managing teams
• 3+ years hands-on in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, chargebacks, dispute management
• Strong systems thinker; Superior written and verbal communication
• Ability to gather objective info and defend determinations
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience
