• Role based in Petaling Jaya, reporting to Manager, Platform Quality & Experience
• Work to make the experience faster, more reliable, and more efficient for all parties

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Strategy, Business Analyst or Consulting
• Proficiency in SQL is a MUST; comfortable writing complex queries
• Ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and implement strategic improvements
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
