Job Description
📋 Description
- Manage the full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
- Reconcile cash and transactions across digital kiosks, resolve discrepancies
- Support digital asset transactions accounting across kiosk sales, OTC trading, wallets
- Oversee AP/AR, expense management, vendor relationships
- Assist with regulatory reporting for licensed money services business
- Improve and optimize accounting tools as business scales
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred
- Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location environments
- Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting
- Ability to make informed financial decisions in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software
