📋 Description

• Manage security and safety programs across all ICEYE global facilities.
• Acquire and maintain national security clearances; main contact for authorities.
• Oversee guard force management with contracted providers and SLAs.
• Own visitor and contractor access, screening, badging, and NDA procedures.
• Provide input on security for new facility projects; coordinate audits and training.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years facility security in international, multi-site settings.
• 4+ years leading a security team across countries/environments.
• Hands-on guard force management and SLA oversight experience.
• Experience with site build-outs/office relocations; audits and trainings.
• Strong documentation skills; SOPs and clearance paperwork.
• Working knowledge of Katakri security auditing criteria.
