MST CAN Expert

📋 Description

• Remote, mission-driven role supporting MST-CAN across U.S. and international programs
• Provide expert consultation, training, and implementation support to clinical teams
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, admins, and system stakeholders to strengthen fidelity
• Contribute to advanced trainings, workshops, peer groups, and professional learning initiatives
• 35–50% travel with autonomy and adaptability across programs
• Lead and participate in booster trainings and quality improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Psychology or related field, or Master’s + 2+ years MST-CAN supervisory/expert experience
• Strong clinical foundation in family therapy, behavioral therapy, crisis management, and safety
• Willingness to develop/apply trauma-focused treatment approaches (e.g., TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure)
• Experience teaching, training, presenting, or consulting to clinical/professional audiences
• Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-level relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in remote, travel-heavy settings; valid U.S. driver’s license
