• Lead global People operating model, scalable and data-driven.
• Redesign employee experience across lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Automate processes and create connected workflows over emails/spreadsheets.
• Own HR technology roadmap and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, IT and Security to scale People ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience transforming People Operations in global orgs.
• Strong HR tech experience (HRIS/Workday-like systems) and process automation.
• fluency with People data, analytics, and AI-driven improvements.
• Ability to operate across multiple countries, entities and employment models (EORs, cross-border).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project ownership.
