- Partner with Sales to drive customer engagements from discovery through solution design and
- Lead customer discovery to identify goals, challenges, and success criteria.
- Translate customer needs into solution strategies that deliver business value.
- Design, whiteboard, and present architectures for technical/business audiences.
- Deliver demos, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
- Build trusted customer relationships and support RFx responses.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
- Ability link technical capabilities to business outcomes and customer value.
- Strong listening, presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, REST, and JSON.
- Cybersecurity, digital identity, authentication, or fraud prevention domain.
- Basic scripting (JavaScript, Python) and willingness to travel (~25%).
