Job Description
📋 Description
- Review and verify Safety and Health Programs, Procedures, and Training Pre-qualification
- Conduct desktop Safety and Health Program audits (Manual Audits) on suppliers via the Avetta
- Assist customers in closing audit gaps and providing regulatory guidance.
- Verify audits and support audit closure; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Travel up to 30% and attend trainings/meetings as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong understanding of federal/state regulations (OSHA, EPA, MSHA, etc.).
- Comfort with online software systems and multitasking under deadlines.
- Good written and oral communication; bilingual is a plus.
- Attention to detail; ability to interpret data and documents; self-motivated.
- Ability to travel and interact with customers and staff.
- 1-5 years of safety-related work experience; OSHA 30hr is a plus.
