Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and
• Reconcile cash and transactions across a distributed network of digital kiosks; resolve
• Support accounting for digital asset transactions across kiosk sales, OTC trading, online
• Apply sound financial judgment in a high-transaction-volume environment with accuracy and
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with compliance teams on financial/regulatory reporting for money services operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Proven full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume or multi-location environments.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience making informed financial decisions in fast-growth settings with accuracy.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus; training available.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable cloud accounting software; comfortable with Google
