Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer's technical requirements and deliver tailored
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on client tech
• Respond to technical queries during sales cycles — API architecture, authentication, webhooks, data
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections for prospect
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and influence roadmaps
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation for the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English & Spanish
• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer/solutions role within payments or fintech
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, API testing tools (Postman, cURL)
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar for sample integrations
• Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization)
• Familiarity with SQL and reading logs/traces to troubleshoot issues
