- Senior executive recruiting across Director, VP, and C-suite roles for Figma
- Partner with senior leaders to define talent strategy and drive searches end-to-end
- Lead talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence for executive landscape
- Shape role definitions, advise on org design, and manage candidates with high discretion
- Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates
- Continuously refine approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with 2+ years in executive hiring
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical leadership roles in-house
- Track record of owning searches end-to-end and closing senior hires (Director, VP, C-suite)
- Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Business acumen with understanding of org design and talent tradeoffs
