Medical Education – Network Development Coordinator

📋 Description

• Expand clinical education network by engaging physicians, APPs, and healthcare orgs.
• Own high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Use HubSpot and tech tools to organize outreach and manage pipeline health.
• Qualify prospective partners with knowledge of licensure, board certs, and verification processes.
• Educate healthcare professionals on value of clinical education programs and build partnerships.
• Guide partners through recruitment and onboarding using established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to hit KPIs and performance targets in a goal-driven environment.
• Experience with physicians, APPs, or healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of credentialing (licensure verification, NCCPA, Nursys).
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment; HubSpot preferred.
