📋 Description
- Provide school-based mental health services to students
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy within schools
- Coordinate with families and school staff for coordinated care
- Develop care plans to support emotional and academic outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise staff as needed
- Ensure safe, ethical, and timely clinical documentation
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT) in the state
- 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs
- Active licensure, ethical practice, and professional presence
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with schools, families, and community services • ESS is an EOE
