📋 Description

• Lead and manage a regional operations team across AMER markets.
• Own end-to-end operational lifecycle of events on Fever’s platform.
• Coordinate with product, sales, partner management and data teams.
• Escalation point for complex partner or marketplace issues in the Americas.
• Represent AMER ops in global forums; translate global initiatives locally.
• Drive operational health and scale as the marketplace grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years in marketplace or platform operations (e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or entertainment
• Experience leading a team, officially or informally.
• Strong process orientation; adept at SOPs and workflows.
• Product operations partner mindset; translate ops into product feedback.
• Analytical; data-driven decision making; Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI experience a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages a bonus.
