- Support recruitment team in hiring engineering and technical talent
- Exposure to end-to-end lifecycle, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies
- Assist employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
- Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS data
- Build talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
