Director, Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Own the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and overall
• Establish, document, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, internal controls
• Lead revenue recognition across multiple healthcare revenue streams, including fee-for-service
• Ensure financial data is accurately reconciled across accounting systems and supporting tools from
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities, identify significant variances, and develop
• Provide financial analysis to support capital investment decisions, pricing strategies, contract

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8+ years of
• Strong command of GAAP accounting and demonstrated experience with financial reporting and revenue
• Experience in a healthcare environment, ideally including multi-payer models, physician-practice
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth organization where you have
• Hands-on experience with accounting and financial reporting systems; familiarity with Microsoft
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Payroll is a plus.
