Investment Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and
• Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily.
• Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Partner with offshore operational support teams to help ensure adherence to process controls and
• Monitor and maintain position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across portfolios.
• Provide support to the Fund Accounting and Controllership teams during monthly and quarterly close

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related function within asset management
• Exposure to investment lifecycle concepts is a plus, e.g. cash management, corporate actions, loan
• Interest in developing expertise in institutional/alternative portfolio management and investment
• Familiarity with Geneva, Wall Street Office, or OMS/EMS platforms is a plus, not required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
