🎯 Requirements

• People operations experience in a scaled tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to challenge senior leadership.
• Hands-on project leadership from design to rollout.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem solving.
• Hands-on knowledge of German employment law.
• Professional German and English language skills.
