📋 Description

• Role supports development, configuration, testing, and delivery of benefits administration
• Partner with Implementation Leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate
• Drive implementation success, client adoption, and process improvements across the implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in account management, client services
• Experience with benefits administration technology, HRIS, payroll systems, or related software.
• Experience supporting client implementations, project coordination, or system configuration
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments; strong data interpretation and
