Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday)

📋 Description

• Collaborate across Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent &
• Review, test, and implement upgrades or enhancements to HR systems.
• Capture business process requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve process flaws, recommending improvements to meet requirements.
• Drive process and customer service improvements while adhering to policies and leveraging
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, test, and implement changes for small to medium

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with hands-on Workday
• Deep knowledge of HR systems and technologies (HRIS, payroll, ATS, LMS).
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange with third-party systems.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering excellent employee experiences.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
