Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support, hands-on instruction, and guidance to individuals with I/DD to meet health
• Enrich and support residents in a safe, healthy environment.
• Offer companionship, personalized care, and encouragement of independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Administer medications and follow medical protocols.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct support/caregiver experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Person-centered focus; dependable, adaptable, team player.
• Ability to lift and transfer; strong communication/documentation skills.
• 18 years or older; reading/writing proficiency for care documentation.
