📋 Description

• On-site facilitator of the guest experience for the West market (Seattle & Bellevue portfolio).
• Perform regular inspections to keep public spaces and units clean and safe.
• Visit/assess units for recurring tasks; replace broken items; liaise with vendors.
• Stock supplies and assist with lockouts and guest requests.
• Collaborate daily with Kasa teams and partners to drive results.
• Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
