Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle across multiple locations and revenue channels.
• Reconcile cash and transaction activity for digital kiosks and related networks.
• Support digital asset transactions and related reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in high-transaction-volume environment with strong controls.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and cash teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Leverage cloud tools (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) for daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location settings.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, Slack, Zoom; remote work experience.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus; AI in accounting
