🎯 Requirements

• CAD proficiency; SolidWorks preferred
• Design for reliability/manufacturing focus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change
• 8+ years with a BS or 6+ years with an MS in mechanical engineering
