• Own the full employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through to
• Partner with managers and leaders to coach, develop and support high-performing teams.
• Manage employee relations matters, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice while ensuring
• Lead and continuously improve People processes, policies and initiatives that enhance the employee
• Drive performance, engagement and development by supporting managers with goal setting, feedback
• Use People data, employee feedback and insights to identify trends and influence business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Has experience in a broad People, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within
• Builds trusted relationships with managers and confidently coaches them through a wide range of
• Has strong employee relations experience and can balance commercial thinking with sound employment
• Is proactive, highly organised and enjoys taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Challenges the status quo, embraces new technology and is always looking for smarter ways of
• Communicates with kindness, honesty and directness, creating an environment where people feel able
